Q. I ordered on-line, but the confirmation said that the Authorization Failed. Does that mean I won't get my order?
A: Yes, that means you won't get your order. Usually the best thing to do is to check with your Credit Card Company or bank. Then, either try it again with the same card, try it with a different card, or send us an email and we will be delighted to assist you.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Only if you live in the state of Florida US, and it's 7%. To figure out how much you owe in taxes, simply add the total cost of your purchase, then add the shipping and handling fee. Then, multiply your total times .07. That will be your taxable amount. Then, add the totals together - purchase items, Shipping and Handling, and Taxes. There's your total. A: We accept all Visa, Master Charge, American Express, personal checks, and money orders. We do not recommend that you send cash through the mail and are not responsible for any loss or theft. Q: Do you ship to addresses other than my credit card billing address?
A: Yes with conditions. First time orders over $100 must ship to the billing address. No exceptions. Subsequent orders maybe shipped to a second address.
Q: Can you ship to my PO Box?
A: We can ship anywhere the Postal Service delivers in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO's. Orders shipped to other nations, No. Orders shipped to other nations must have a signature verifiable shipping address. All orders are shipped directly from The Kingdom of Bhutan. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

A: Typically, no we won't, as all orders are shipped directly from The Kingdom of Bhutan. Outbound packages from The Kingdom of Bhutan usually go through Bangkok and then on to its destination. But there may be exceptions from time to time. Please send us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q: What is your Return / Replacement Policy?
A: Returns: We work really hard on providing very accurate and honest descriptions of all of our items. You can purchase any items you please, and if you don't like them, you may return the items within 30 days of the purchase date to our offices via a signature verified shipping method. We'll immediately refund your purchase, less shipping and handling. Replacements: We sent you a defective item or the item was damaged in shipping? Please send us an email. Although some of our items are 'One of a Kind' we'll do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Q: How do process a Refund?
A: Ocassionally, an item may not be available or prior to shipment, you may need to cancel your order. No Problem! Just send us an email and we'll process your refund promptly. Except under the rarest of circumstances, any and all refunds are processed in the same method of payment. Please note that Credit Card Company refunds can take up to sixty days to show up on your statement. Cash refunds are processed via Money Orders as we do not send cash through the mail.
