| This is from the 1st Bhutan stamps issued somewhere in 1953, in 1955 under a decree these were also authorized for use in postage. There were 4 values to this issue and I have managed to find only 2 values so far. They are now a very rare item. I have few of these blocks. So hurry and buy before it is run out. |
